Team Leadership

As a Software Development Director I am currently responsible for overseeing the growth and happiness of a 20+ person software development team. I help provide context, structure, prioritization, and help my team address and resolve client, technical, and interpersonal challenges.

In previous roles, I have managed teams of Designers, as well as cross-functional teams.

As a team lead during the COVID-19 global pandemic, I am actively working with my team to assure they’re supported during these difficult times, and connected with others in a remote environment.
